Very impressed with the whole operation. Organized, efficient, great customer service, excellent communication from start to finish. Smart use of current technology to ensure a smooth experience. Really appreciated the nice office, friendly staff, clean & comfortable separate waiting area complete with coffee & wi-fi. Perfect coordination with auto rental company for getting picked up quickly, then just drooping off the rental at the shop the day my car was ready. Repairs were minor but looked great and my car came back spotlessly clean. It actually looked like it had been waxed. Great job Costelli's!! You're on the right track. I wouldn't change a thing. Instead, I was delighted to get a call on Wednesday, Jan. 9, informing me the car would be ready for pickup at the end of the day. Thanks!
