The body shop repair looks great! I appreciate the surprise of a detail and polish to my car. Unfortunately their is polish on the edge and under my "Clear BRA" on hood of my car. I will contact the business that installed it for advice, unless you already know how to fix this. Polish is all along and under seam on hood! My file does have the incorrect spelling of my last name, which I asked to have corrected. I picked up my car at 6 pm (closing time) so I did not have a walk-through regarding repairs.

I was able to get an estimating appointment very quickly and the fact you are an authorized repair facility made the paperwork process so much easier. The repair was done quickly and looks great.

Their communication was excellent, always updating me with how it's going. The only thing I could say that I probably could have asked them is how long in the process would it take. Excellent service, thank you.

Like anyone else, I was initially uncertain about getting body shop work. Also, I didn't know any body shop. I like the updates or calls provided as this helps to ease my concerns. Chris/Costelli understands this critical point about easing customers' concerns, and they took the time to do that. I think that made a difference. Also, I was rushing on the day of pickup. I was late and there was traffic but I know I needed to pick up my car that day. Chris and the staff were polite despite my rush. I asked to see my car before I signed the paper and they obliged. Chris also took the time to review the work that was done, and answered my questions - I asked why was my trunk was all messed up and He clarified. I would have liked to spend more time but given my limited pickup time, I had to leave shortly after. Thanks for your help, Costelli.

It was a rush job, My car needed to be repaired before I went on my vacation. C&P handled the pressure like champs and I am very impressed with the work they did and in the time they had to do it. I didn't have to lean on them or force the issue, C&P obliged to the request and delivered like they said they would. I compare it to Micheal Jordan game 6 1998 NBA championship!!
