I Was provided an estimate of $892 but I ended up paying over $3000. The price I was given when I picked up the car was not the same as what the insurance company reported that they paid. I am still not clear and feel there is something that is not right going on. I did notify my insurance company of my concern about the charging. Also, I was promised my car on 12/28 but didn’t get my car until ****//8 and had to pick it up at the Toyota dealer. I was charged for a new battery ($160) but the paperwork from the dealer stated the battery was jumped backwards at Seacoast. There were fuses replaced at no cost to me but I would like someone to explain why the battery was not coveredand. I am happy with the body work that was completed but would not recommend Seacoast due to the other issues I noted. Thanks, Mike Shellenbarger, 751-8408

Seacoast did a great job of setting timeline expectations and then communicating throughout the process. Due to my schedule, I handled the entire repair by phone and after hours which was extremely convenient - it is nice to know there are local companies who take pride in being trustworthy and efficient!
Some problem resulted in my car being returned later than it was promised.Apparently someone there damaged what had just been painted and it had to be redone. Hannah tried valiantly to be helpful. I think the work was done well, though there was a loose piece on my tailgate.
