Instead of wondering when my SUV would be done, I was notified daily and I liked that a lot. Also, my vehicle was very clean when I picked it up, I was very happy!! It was cleaner than I can get it.

I was out of country till now. A friend picked up the vehicle for me. The outside repairs appear satisfactory. I am still evaluating the other repairs, especially in light of the fact that the back seat - middle - is dirty with grease and a couple of globs of grease, and a box of left over junk is in the rear. This foes not bode well in my opinion on the quality of work performed so I will evaluate the work on the task list. Incidentally, the receptionist said a $100 was owed yet (it was not) and my friend had to go and find the car in the back.
I certainly intend to let USAA know about my experience so far

Everything was good from start to finish. Rob was very thorough and clear when he did the estimate. He even dropped me off back to my place since the shuttle has stopped running when I dropped off the car for repair. An email was sent to update me of the work progress. Repairs were done according to promised date. All in all I'm very satisfied with the whole repair process.
