I read really good reviews about your place, especially when it came to trucks. My F-150 looks just as good as it did before my accident. I will highly recommend KCC to others in the future.

I picked up the car this morning and after driving it to work and back I have dropped it back off at KY Collision Center in Richmond. It still has some unresolved issues with popping in the front end, the steering wheel is not centered and it pulls in both directions depending on which way you turned the wheels last. If you go over a rough area of pavement or a bump in the road, it causes the whole car to shimmy around and it feels like there may be something in the front end that is loose or broken because it seems like you can feel something shift from side to side at certain times like when turning. There’s a thumping noise that sounds like it could be from a tire or wheel. The sound corresponds with the speed of the wheel rotation and increases with speed. KY Collision has the car and is supposed to call. In the mean time, we still have the rental car

Thought the piece top of bumper it was scratched and was not replaced new bumper scratched top piece didn't look good and a cap cover was not replaced that was missing

I would have preferred it didn’t take so long. It wasn’t more than twice the estimated wait times. I was highly dissatisfied with the wait on the vehicle and recommending other services to people because I would hate for them to be without a car for that long
