It took 12 days instead of 3 and has some problems, so I'll be bringing it back in. I'm inclined to excuse the extra time but was not expecting the loose fender, faulty trunk latch, and new problem with the tire pressure light, especially since my previous repair with you on our other car was well done. My date of completion was pushed back TWICE. I tried to be understanding of the reasoning the first time, but the second time was an issue that didn’t need the extension. They had the parts but said “we need a week to put them on”. When we pushed back, they had it done in a day and a half. I didn’t appreciate that treatment.
