In a way, my vehicle getting rear ended last week ended up not being such a bad thing.... GEICO recommended your shop and it was only a few miles away from my home. It was a great experiance from beginning to end. From the moment I dropped the vehicle off, everyone at Straightline was great.... Being able to rent a car from Enterprise at the shop was very convienant.... That same day I recieved a photo update of my vehicle already being worked on... Our entire family n friends go to Straightline for all our auto body repairs. In all the years we were never disappointed. Always professional and repairs are done in a timely fashion. It's also very convenient that rental vehicles available on site. But the gem of that entire operation is Doug!!! OMG this man is so pleasant every time we are there. It's unbelievable how he truly cares and it's not just some clients it's all of them ... He treats everyone as if they are the only client. Truly a blessing.
