I met Marc, Steve and some of the staff members in April of 2019, due to a car accident that I was involved in. The staff members were patient with me and sent me daily text messages regarding their progress, which I found to be very comforting. Unfortunately I was rear ended a 2nd time in August and I immediately reached out to Francesco Auto body Shop for assistance.
