I was not happy to the fact when they called and said that the car was ready for pick up and my wife went down to get the car and the airbag light was on and service airbag sensors was on the message screen. My wife then went back inside to tell them that the airbag light was on and it wasn’t on there before the accident and was told they werent sure if the light was on before the accident. My wife was also told that they though it could of been from putting a used door on he car. Never did we get a call to ask if the light was on before. Also told her that they tried to clear the light 3 times and couldn’t get it to reset also showing that there was something wrong, then told her that they could take it to the dealer and there might me a service fee if it was caused by the accident. Thankfully the geico rep was there to help my wife out and tell her that it would be covered under the insurance that if it wasn’t on before the accident then it was from the accident. Finally after 22 days of having the car in the shop we got a call to say that the car was completed and fixed. Come to find out that it was the wiring harness on the airbag sensors that was bad.

My back seats got removed to do the repair and it’s not installed back properly. And because of it it’s making noise in the car. I came for fix ,but got answer that we can’t do anything and ask me to go to Dealer. I am going to complain this in Geico.

Very bad, did not reveal damage caused during the repair unless the customer notices and call. This is very unprofessional. Not expected.

Was scheduled to get my car back in two weeks. I then proceeded to get 3 or 4 delayed completion emails throughout the third week of Tamaroff having my car (these emails were sent either right before or after the car was supposed to be ready, one of the times I was actually on my way to pick it up and had to have my ride turn around). Then comes time to finally pick up my truck, so I call ahead to make sure it is ready and that I can come pick it up. Get a ride down there after the gentleman on the phone said it was good to go and could be picked up. Once arriving, I’m told that the collision center was closed that day. Luckily a manager was able to get the keys and release the car. I finally get my vehicle back, to find parts of the car that don't even look like got finished (things not screwed back in, brackets on the ground, green paint pen all over the car, various scratches, and a few more things that make me question the attention to detail).

After driving 10 miles or so, i am getting tire pressure warning on dashboard.. I checked the tire pressure... The gauge says 30 psi which is correct.. So there is an issue here.
