I appreciate that CC communicated regularly about the status of the car, but they were consistently overly optimistic about the time it would take to repair. There were many repairs to be made and the amount of time it took was very reasonable--but I was told that it might be ready the next business day since Dec 21 and it was actually ready on Jan 2.

Let's start with the front desk, she is super sweet and nice to me since I walked into Classic Collision. The supervisor David has been keep me posted regarding the repair via Email and phone calls. They have tried so hard to complete the repair before the New Year arrives... I am very happy for the speed and of course the result of the repair. Thank you all and wish nothing but the BEST of 2019!!!

The team at CC on Buford Hwy owned my Collision issue from start to finish. They listened and helped me with a solid plan to not only repair my vehicle, but also set expectations the entire time. Katie was my first contact at Classic Collision and set the stage for a wonderful experience. . I didn't know I needed to have an appt for the rental, she took it upon herself to set the appt for the pick-up, and dropoff. There was also a gentleman there named Robert that was also very welcoming and professional. He took time to stop and introduce himself and connect. David followed up and set expectations with me, and asked if I had any questions throughout. He also took time away from another project to answer our questions about my repair. Last but not least was Mr Mev. This gentleman was the best. He exceeded expectations by being detailed in his approach to explain, coordinate, and communicate with me, even on Christmas Eve. I will always do business with Classic Collision on Buford Hwy. The team there provided a constant layer of protection around my experience. Happy Holidays to you guys. Thanks again!! Leroy...

They all work in sync with each other and it's really refreshing to see a team as efficient as this team. David Skidmore ran my initial quote and was able to communicate the process to me which made a first time collision repair experience a lot less intimidating. Katy is kind and relatable, and on top of things. Mev is professional and kind, the guys in the shop are fast, and via text and call, my "nightmare collision repair" turned out to be actually a really great experience. I can see the quality of work they did. I'll be saving up to come back and definitely refer others to this location.
