I was a little skeptical when my insurance company referred me to Cooper. I'd never heard of you. Then I came in for the estimate and met Bruce. He was professional and friendly. The repair job looks great. When I picked up my car I had an issue with the parking brake and another gentleman (sorry I don't remember his name) was helpful in resolving the issue. Both my husband and I were surprised by the quality of service we received prior to and during the restoration to my car. The car was very nicely repaired and washed and even vacuumed. It looked like brand new. Your facility was clean and modern. Most of all is the people we dealt with have personality plus and pride in their work. Can't find that too many places anymore. It was a ways for us tO drive there bUt we are glad we did.
