When I picked my car up someone pulled it out and told me it was ready. No one came out to inspect it with me. When I got to my car I did a complete walk around and noticed the kit on the bottom was not properly sealed. I got inside and noticed the car looked different inside. The body needed repair so there was no need to go inside. I know someone was inside because of the hand prints in the car. Once I got home my husband noticed the AC dash was difft, the door panels and seats and headrest were difft. The next day (on late Friday evening) When I got home my kids also noticed the back seats and the space where my speakers are were changed to some plastic mess that was never there. We realized the goal was to steal my music. I bought my car with 9000 but the previous owner had some custom upgrades done what appeared from the factory and the stereo was an obvious one. The sound clarity was much better than most vehicles. Now the stereo is barely audible at the same volume I would normally have it at. So on Monday when the collision reopens my husband and I are returning to advise the shop manager that I spoke with that my speakers were stolen and that they replaced my doors, the front and back seats, and the dash. The dash was obvious because of 2 things. I had a long scratch across the middle oart that is no longer there and the hazard light are is old and scratch up which was not there before. The other reason we know its difft is becuase the air vent closest to the passenger window wad loose so when you would move it it would never stay in the same direction. It was like that when i bought the car. Now the vent is fixed. I am so disappointed in the quality of service and with being treated like I didn't know what was in my own car. You obviously have these working in your body shop who have taken my parts and resold or put them in their own car. I don't know what the reason they would steal from my car which was a car bought for my teenage daughter but I am a livid that a dealership cannot be trusted to care for my vehicle.
Information regarding the repairs kept changing, and I was only notified of the changes when I made the call. I was told that text message updates that I received did not come from them but from my insurer. However, when reviewing the texts, I saw that it was signed by All-star Toyota. The job that was done was excellent and I am very satisfied with it, but customer service left a lot to be desired.

No one had checked the work prior to my first scheduled pick up date.
There was additional damage to the driver's side passenger door.
I had to make more trips to pick up the van and return the rental.
All of this time, effort and energy could have been avoided by a thorough
Check of the work. Very disappointing.

My bumper is not lined up correctly and my headlights does not work properly. I am very unsatisfied with this repair. I would like to have a supervisor to give me a call about this situation. This is my 2nd repair at your shop and I had problems both times, having to return.

The paint dosent match the original paint seems as if the mixture is off. In addition to that whom ever buffed my bumper didn't buff out all swirl marks and it still has spots where they wet sand and didn't buff that all the way out either. The sand marks, swirl marks and mismatch paint or highly visible in high light you want see it if you not in a well lit area.
My car looks very nice. I am very impressed with my service. I also lived getting the text messages with updates status of my cars progress

My navigation system was not set up and I will have to find time to visit the dealership to have it corrected. This makes me think that work is not tested to ensure it is right.
