Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, professional and kind. They were very helpful with assisting me with renting a car. They fixed my car in a timely manner and it was done perfectly. They took their time explaining everything to me. I recommend them to everyone who needs car repairs.

Gonz is the very best! The work was done with genuine Honda parts and with outstanding workmanship. Our Honda looks as good as new. Bottom line: they told us the truth and the workmanship was exceptional. The cost was reasonable and exactly in line with the insurance adjuster's estimate. Based upon our experience, honesty may be a lost art today, but not at Gonz.

I had a wonderful overall experience with Gonz despite needing to have my car fixed from a fender bender. Since my initial call and visit, they have been incredibly attentive to my needs and caring for my overall situation that I felt like they were the best people to help me. Yes many thanks John for my repair. Mr. John Capiro handled my repair very professionally, very friendly and tried to do the best for my repair. He took the time to find a used door from a different Toyota in order to help me in my budget instead of buying a new door. the repair to the rust was fine and looks perfect. the two small paint areas were not professionally done especially the scrape at left front bumper. that was taken off my bill ($20) but i would have preferred that it be done right
