Despite having to talk to the owners assistant, and being assured the problem would be fixed, my car was dead in my driveway the next day, and has a check engine light on. My car was kept for 11 days, at least two of which *initial two days* my car sat in the lot and was not worked on. I was left stranded without a loaner the second time the service center obtained my car, on my birthday, the day before a huge exam, and it provided a loaner due to an erroneous charge I was told I had not paid, and which was later confirmed was not my charge. I'm disgusted with the treatment I got "Just because you have an appointment doesn't mean we are waiting with a wrench in hand for you" was the response I got after waiting almost three months for an appointment and after calling to check in on the vehicle, which again, was not even assessed until day two. The only reason I would go back, after paying $1200 for repairs that weren't the issue, was to use the phone if I broke down in front of the dealership. Not only was the service awful (for example: called about loaner several times to the person in charge of loaners because I hadn't gotten on on the second service visit, he asked me to hold, then disconnected the call and refused to pick up the phone, and I was left stranded, as I was told SEVERAL times a loaner would be brought to me) and I was essentially robbed of over 1k for the issue to not be fixed. I depended on Ford to fix the issue, they not only let me down, but took a bunch of money, and were for the most part, impolite. Feel free to call me if you would like details or to remedy the situation: ****-****-xxxx. I plan to post a detailed review everywhere I can-- however, even employees know the service is terrible. And no, I was not impolite, I am happy to provide call times for all communications, since calls are recorded for quality assurance. :)

Thank you for repairing my vehicle. I was told upfront that it would take a couple weeks to complete repairs, due to the difficulty in finding and receiving parts. The repairs was right on schedule. There’s no evidence that my car was in an accident. Everything looks great!

The only thing I have to say is that I was never told an estimation for how long it would take to repair my car, and had to keep calling the collision center for updates about when it would be ready versus them reaching out to me. Besides that, they were very quick and professional and made sure my car was good to go! I think they even waxed the car, it looks great! If I am ever in another accident I Will definitely choose a ford Lincoln collision center.

I’ve never received such excellent service any where from the moment I entered snd dropped off my car and picked it up. An outstanding service department is a major factor when considering a car purchase. Kudos to Ford Service staff

There was some additional damage that wasn’t mentioned/quoted, which caused some delay in repair (had to come back a second day, and it is not currently resolved). Outside of that, the body shop technicians were extremely kind and helpful and made my visit a pleasant experience.

TOM AND HIS TEAM ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING TO DEAL WITH THROUGH THIS KIND OF PROCESS. JEE CARMEN DID ALL OF THE WORK TO MY TRUCK AND I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HIS WORK, ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE JOB. THANK Y'ALL SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS PROCESS SO EASY FOR ME. AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED, THERE IS ONLY ONE BODY SHOP IN TOWN AND THAT TALLAHASSEE COLLISION!
