The repairs themselves I am so far happy with. The length of time that it took to repair the vehicle which was 5 weeks seems very excessive to me. There is no need to contact me I just told you what I wasn't happy with. Dave Hinkle was more than patient and kind to me and was very good with keeping me in the loop. Funny all this time I thought that he was the Collision Center manager! If he isn't he should be with what I'm sure he has to put up with from customers like myself, impatient. This other guy Greg that the generic email came from after my car was returned to me Ive never heard of. His manager title after his name is just that just a title. Dave's the one that does all the footwork and interacts with the customers on a one-to-one basis many times. The front end girls in the Collision Center office we're always Pleasant and polite every time I spoke with them. Makes for a good first impression of the business.
Very good job!! Only issue I had is I had trouble contacting the dealership on the day of 'scheduled' pickup to confirm the car was indeed ready.
They were very diligent about making sure everything that needed fixed was fixed

Car looks great and everyone did a great job.
1st. The text were inaccurate to the point of completion on the truck. 2, the commit dates were pushed out 4 times without contact. 3, when checking on the progress twice I was lied to and verified the info was incorrect. And lastly. I had to bring the truck back because parts were left off and oil cooler leaking. I couldn't be more unsatisified.

I was told I would have my car on the 18th and it was ready on the 15th. While for most people this would be a good thing to have their vehicle completed early, itvwasnt for me. I scheduled my work around the completion date or the 18th and was not able to pick it up until the 17th. With this being said I had to incur an extra expense of paying for the rental car for the 2 additional days. Being a single person with only one income, it was not in the budget. As for the look of the car, it is excellent. I appreciate all the craftsmanship and hard work put into my Jeep. The workers deserve a praise and shout out for this.
