****. There is a buzzing sound from the front hood. Why was it touched, if the repair involved only the rear bumper damage?
2. All the tires were painted black and there is black paint spray visible in the rim and sides of the car. Why were the tires painted?
3. There were big shoeprints on the driver's seat, which was promptly cleaned upon request.

The quality to job is not good. Not sure it is the parts or paint issue. When pick up and found the inside of the mirror trim is not even. Buffered again and still can feel the difference with original mirror in the left. The whole process took too long. It took four complete days just replace the mirror. So I cannot afford to rental another couple of days Of the car for this small work.

Our repair ran far behind schedule due to unforeseeable part availability and obsolescence. However despite the delays we were not kept abreast of the status of the repair in a timely manner. Our 3 day repair has lasted 2 weeks and we still await resolution.
We currently have possession of our car in the interim as we wait for the availability of a 3rd party installer. Our vehicle was only partially assembled with loose screws in the trunk, had wires hanging from the roof liner, the backup indicator was in the wrong location, and the rear taillight (which was supposed to be replaced) was not.

Car making loud noise from exhaust and scratched paint under bumper when I picked it up. Test driving and a thorough check of repairs would have caught both issues. Car is back for repairs and process has been very inconvenient.
