The repair that was done looks good so far and the staff were great. However I need to come back to replace a paint guard that got damaged before delivery to me. Finding the time before 6pm weekdays is VERY difficult.

I brought the truck because I was hit by a deer. I told everyone the day I brought it in that my truck failed the inspection because the deer shattered the lens in the left front headlight. I was told the truck was ready. I came to pick it up as I had other commitments out of state the next day. They did not complete the state inspection as agreed. I am driving the truck at risk of ticketing until I can take the diesel truck to an inspection station that does diesel. Inconvenient...and another trip to get done what should have been done as agreed at ****.

The repair took a lot longer that the estimated repair time. NO updates on the repair after the first week my car was in the shop. No good communication.

Christine my GEICO representative was outstanding explain process kept me informed. I felt she gave me service as a person, not a number. She and Zach are an outstanding team that saw to it that my car was hand washed to ensure new paint was not scratched. And gave after service care to get my emission and State Inspection updated by the time I retreived my vehicle. I will definitely recommend **** Cadillac Express to friends. VR Charles T

They kept me informed of the process by text messages during the period of time my car was there. They extended the rental car agreement for me. They did a good job in repairing it. and everything was done in a timely and professional manner. Good job! :)
