Quick. Did a good job on bumper. Keeped me updated via text which was great. I had brought the same car in there back in 2013 and the service and communication was much better. Great job. The whole team in that office did awesome. Also, the Geico rep at the office was very cute and professional.

On the door panel where my power window and door lock are, it was not secured back in place so now i have to do it myself
If the vehicle goes past the due date make sure you keep the customers updated
The use of text messaging may be convienent for some things but people want to hear from you and get actual updates on their car. My car was 3 days over due from it's projected completion date & I had to call the shop day of to confirm completion. I work in town but live 30 minutes away, the lack of timely communication was extremely inconvenient. Also when I picked up my car no one was willing to go over the work that was completed, I was simply handed a folder and was told to read the info inside. Lastly- I had a keychain attacked to my car key and when my key was returned my keychain was completely broken. The employee simply said "oh sorry". Needless to say, this will not be my body shop of choice for any further needs, nor will I recommend to others. My concerns have also been discussed with Geico as they recommended Bryan Marr body for their affiliation with the company.
