Overall we had a good experience. There was a problem with the text messaging service telling up our vehicle was ready when it was not done. We picked it up the next day.
Also the rear door was repaired. Noticed today when packing for a trip that a screw was missing from one side of the door. As we are on vacation I temporarily used tape to tape down the rubber gasket like piece usually he'd down by a screw so the door would shut properly. Will see if we can get a screw when we get back.

My repair was finished before the estimated time and the guys in the body shop had amazing customer service! The only thing that I had a problem with was the wait time for my repair but they did an amazing job so it was worth it!

I allowed the timing for the repairing. They kept me informed with what they was doing and where they was at on the repairing. They kept it over the time they texted me the day and time it would be ready.I was ok with it, because I had busy day and I just too tired to come getting it, if it was ready. My car had half a rank of gas when I dropped it off. It was on an ****/8 of a tank when I picked it up. I NEVER drive it below half. To me, half is empty and it gets filled at or near half consistently . Also ,on the way home,I heard a terrible ticking sound from the driver side rear tire and didn't have work done there to find a foot long stick jammed in the plastic housing behind the tire.
