I was disappointed with lack of communication between parties. If you are in the same building I should not get calls from one telling me to call the other. Also, the multiple text "updates" I received were not accurate including the one telling me my car was ready. When I picked it up I was told it was an automatic message based on earlier progress they they didn't have time to update. I didn't have time to leave work to pick up a car only to be told it was a mistake.
However, staff were polite, honest and open in person and by phone. Maybe nix the texts or don't send exact dates and times if they're subject to change.

Based on the location of the repairs, not sure why the dog cover on the rear seat was removed and why a GA drivers License of one Michael Holmes was found in this area, and that your manager was not even sure that he was an employee.
