So nice to have the big "keyed" scratches on the passengers' side gone! Can't tell at all that the doors and fender were repainted. Thanks. (and of course getting the bumper cover replaced is nice too...)

I was very pleased with my car repairs and interactions with staff was superb. But, I do think a better job could have been done on the washing of my vehicle. It was covered with green pollen!

I was satisfied with the work completed. The concerns i had were that someone left a empty McDonalds food box in the side door, the gas cap area doesnt look like they taped it off and the paint needs to be removed, also the last concern is the tire that was repaired has way too much air pressure which doesn't balance with the other tires.

My hood is not fitting flush on the damage side. There is a split in the bumper. It is fitting properly. I feel lied to because I explained to the rep that I have heard complaints from other customers and he assured me that he would inspect the repairs himself. Either he lied or he saw the irregularities and didn’t care. I am more unsatisfied. I’m hurt! Which leads me to wonder if you did a thorough inspection of my vehicle as I informed the rep that my wheel was dragging kinda felt a strange pull/tug when coming to a stop and it still feels the same. Nicest group of deception ever. I am definitely going to report this to the appropriate consumer advocacy organization. I was warned this would happen.

Apparently you all did not know that I had returned the Enterprise rent a car. This was very confusing since I was using the Geico repair service. This is my only issue with the whole process. Otherwise everything was fine. Dennis from Geico was excellent. The repairs were well done.

It would make it easier if you improved the signage to GEICO EXPRESS by placing a sign on Wisconsin Ave outside by the front of the Acura dealership so one knows that you are around the corner on Chatham. You are not located on Wisconsin as you advertise. Your entrance is on Chatham.
