I was exceptionally pleased with all aspects of my recent (and first) experience with an auto repair shop. I appreciated the initial time that was taken to answer my questions about what was to occur; I appreciated the daily updates on the progression of the work; also appreciated a couple of phone calls initiated by the shop to let me know of developments/slight changes in schedule. And finally, I was delighted with the quality of the "repair and replace" work that was done, with additional cleaning of the car.
