I had a mild fender bender that I had to deal with and Stephens Auto Body made it as painless as possible- everyone was courteous and had great communication. Anytime I had questions regarding the actual work on the vehicle to the rental car coverage they helped out by patiently explaining how the processes worked. I couldn’t be happier with the bumper replacement- it looks amazing and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The product is amazing and so is the staff!

Great job on the repairs, and wow I wasn't expecting to have the interior cleaned up so nicely but THANK YOU! :) I hope I won't need to come back again but if I ever need any work done I'll come to Stephen's.

Day before drop off, we received an unsolicited phone call from car rental company advising that they knew we were dropping car off at Stephens for repair the next morning, that we did not have car renters insurance , that they would provide best rates and honor special rates with our insurer and asked if we wanted to rent a vehicle. In an earlier time, one might have viewed this as harmless sales effort that was either a convenience offering or a touch aggressive. We felt it was an invasion of our privacy and an erosion of trust on the part of the party who divulged all of that information about us to strangers. We don’t know whether Stephens, our insurer, or both divulged our information without asking our permission first. It looks like a coordinated effort to obtain a sale at a customers expense and can be transformed into a great coordinated effort to increase customer convenience if Stephens and insurer work together to first obtain customer assent to divulge. With the current practice, Which I will call ‘surrepticious disclosuse’ there may be state privacy, consumer protection and transparency disclosure laws that are being violated here. I don’t know that there are but these laws have been strengthen in recent years and if this practice is to continue as is, the laws and regulations should be reviewed. We wondered if we were given a Friday drop off time so as to run up our weekend car rental bill. We also wondered whether there was a referral commission or kickback provided to the referer, whoever that might have been. This one issue was counter to our overall experience. Everyone we dealt with was very nice fully responsive and professional. Your facilities were spotless and people welcoming. It was a good and positive environment. In the end, we concluded that it was worthwhile to share our experience relating to this unsolicited voice mail, the plethora of private information divulged about us and the thinking it evoked. It left a negative impression and, in our view, you are advantaged to investigate and implement corrective action so that it does not detract from an otherwise flawless experience. Best of luck!

Thanks to Donna, Caitlin and Stephen's Autobody for doing an amazing job. We noticed that Stephen's Autobody not only repaired the damages from the accident but also repaired some minor scratches we had and cleaned the interior of our car better than when we dropped it off. We appreciate the return of our car earlier than the predicted time. We appreciate how Donna and Caitlin have been very helpful and kind.
