The service was friendly and the communication regular. However, when we brought our car in for a quote we’d already had a quote from the dealership. We have a Honda and needed the side view mirror replaced. Honda quote did an additional charge for calibrating the mirror camera. When we brought the car in for a quote we explicitly asked about this—several times when we got the quote and at least three (it felt like five) when I brought the car in. My husband and I were both reassured that the technicians are very skilled and would be able to handle it. They weren’t. I got a call that they had to take the car to the dealer. We were charged. The dealership had quoted us $160 for calibrating the mirror but you got charged more and then you charged a fee on top of it. Very annoying

The service rep never contacted me personally other than a quick text to tell me the car was done. Not once. All calls were made by me asking for updates. Had service at an alternate location which was excellent, spot on and representative called me each day with updates. I expected the same service. My steering wheel was also scratched while car was in for repair. Will not be returning to this location.

Customer service is pretty bad. They never informed me the change in estimate date for pick up until and unless I have called them. They never gave me a callback to let me know the status of my car rven though they claimed they will do that.

Excellent quality work on my vehicle. Terrible communication and no follow-up until I initiated communication. Manager had to get involved and had to follow-up when I received no communication about my vehicle repairs being delayed.
