Luis Ramirez was not only very professional, but very respectful of me as a customer. Tesla bumper was replaced far much faster than I thought. I’m so happy to have chosen them even tho they are far from me. I also like that the car company was on site to help me after I dropped off my car .

Please communicate. Car was delayed for several days. Not told until after tried to pick it up on the date in the email and texts. The car was delayed due to “QC” which is an issue with your processes. Yet I had to pay for rental longer (not covered by insurance). Then my Clean air tags were lost. I waited half an hour. They couldn’t be found and I was running late. I left without them being found (although offered wrong ones). Stuff taken out of service compartment in the trunk but not put back. Residue left on the radio and dashboard indicators as well as windshield. Had to remove.
