The work performed looks great. I was updated quit offen through text messages. Was explained the details of the work required. Picked up the car on time as promised. Very friendly staff, would recommend this shop to my friends if they are looking for a great shop. On a scale of ****-10 I give you all a 10!

Service was generally great, and everyone extremely friendly and professional. The disappointing item was that when I took delivery of my car, it still had broken glass all over the trunk, and glass shards on the seats (after having earlier been advised that the glass clean up was “thorough”). Obviously, with a small child, this was extremely disappointing. The gentleman who delivered the car did apologize, and took it back for about 30 mins to clean it up, and it did look like the job was finally finished. But I had to wait and was late for my next appointment. Perhaps you might want to consider a sort of pre-delivery inspection or checklist to make sure the job is actually complete before notifying a customer that the work is complete. Otherwise the experience would have been satisfactory.

I was mostly satisfied. The wait time got extended twice which was too long for just replacing a mirror. And the pick up was confusing. I was told my car would be ready "by five," which I did not interpret as "at 5." Then I got a text that it was ready at 5:14, but the shop closed at 5:30. That has me rushing to get there. The repair work was great though. And the drop off was executed well too.

The whole team gave me great service! I love having a one stop shop! Just that the Enterprise car i was given was dirty on the outside and unvacuumed when I got it plus a little dent on the side. But i would definitely recommend a good experience overall!
