Everyone was polite & the paper work was handled efficiently on the day I brought my VW in to be looked at....The only slight negative was that on the pickup day, I had to ask for car interior to be looked at & wiped down to look like it had when I bought it in, as the Passat is only 4 months old & I keep it in immaculate condition. THAT was handled quickly & with apologies for the "mess" on the upholstery etc.
