Your team of family and employees were wonderful to deal with, it couldn't have gone any smoother. You even completed the job a day early. But I must say you went above and beyond. As I got in my car to head home, I noticed it was vacuumed. Then I noticed how crystal clear my windows were. And then I noticed how clean my dash and doors were. It was if they did detailed it. I wasn't told until the last minute that they couldn't get a replacement mudflap. I had been led to believe the entire time that everything was going fine. Now I'm going to have to go back. Also, your hours make it difficult for somebody who works out of the city to pick up their car within the timeframe allowed by the insurance company for the rental.
