For the most part the repairs were done well. The trailer adapter was not fixed but they were very quick to order it after addressed. I have to go back in to get it put on. I was told the trailer hitch was not bent but it was never taken off. When i took it off i found the lock was broken and the hitch itself was bent. The truck bed liner was marked as bowed when i dropped it off and it is still bowed once i picked up the truck. It questions the attention to detail that was actually applied to the assessment and work put towards the truck.

Manie did an excellent job in communicating and the ladies, I believe their names were Jordan and Ashley, at the front desk that diligently answer the phone as well as handle the customers walking in did great as well.

Yes I was satisfied with the work that was done on the car it took more time than I expected but the parts had to be ordered so that’s understandable a manager at the body shop was very nice and he often would take out time to explain what was going on with the car I believe his name was Melanie thank you
