The shop staff is amazing. I never had to question what was going on. Our suv was even ready a day early. The shop staff from the front of the house, to the back of th house were wonderful. Being hit by a drunk driver was terrible enough, but universal mad a bad situation better. The workmanship from the technicians is 5 star!!! My suv was so clean when I picked it up as well. The shop treated me like family. My family and friends will go no where else, but universal.Universal has customers for life!!!! Thank all of you so much!!!! 5star customer service and workmanship.
