As always the work here was excellent. I have nothing negative to say about the people or the quality of the work done here. My only reason for saying no instead of yes was the new policy of not accepting personal checks. We didn't know this until we were on our way to pick up the truck and had to stop to get a cashier's check or pay a 4% service charge if we paid by credit card.I have done business with PF for many years and was disappointed.

Tailgate was not coated like my damaged tailgate was Rhino lining sprayed. My upholstery was covered with some type of sand or dirt. It’s all about the details!

Forget about it. The office manager, Robin, has convinced herself of a conversation she believes she had with me to convince me that I told her not to discuss any found problems with me.
She was uncooperative and unable to see simple reasoning.
So forget about it and I am extremely unhappy with the look of my vehicle and not changing my feelings.
