My car was repaired via a Geico claim under which I was not responsible for any of the repairs. However, when the car was picked up, I was charged for “upgraded parts” that I did not approve or consent to, that Geico didn’t cover. I received no phone calls or any opportunity to provide consent. Additionally, I even ASKED before leaving my car and signing waivers to ensure that only covered work was being performed on my vehicle. Yet I had no opportunity to discuss the charge as my car was finished at the end of the day.

The entire process from dropping off the car to picking up the rental car was smooth!the only thing that I didn't like was receiving a text message stating my car would be ready on a day and time and when I called the day of, an hour before the car wasn't ready. I was told from the adjuster it would b 7 to 9 days and was prepared for that. Besides, that the experience was a BIG 10! Thank u to everyone who had part in my repair of my vehicle!
