Truck returned with several hairline scratches and a 12 inch scuff mark at the passenger side of the truck bed and a small blemish at the tailgate.
I’ll be returning on February 4th and dropping it off for new paint. I’m completely disappointed with the work done on an 8 month old truck. It actually looks worse now than it did before a plow slammed into it.
48 miles were also tacked onto the truck. Whether you had to drive it to Hudson to get the bed liner sprayed on it not, that’s simply excessive mileage.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I liked knowing where they were in the process by getting daily texts from Manchester Collision. I also liked how my rental car was coordinated all in one spot without me having to go all over. Overall a very pleasurable experience.

The staff seemed very professional and accommodating. The repairs were completed well before the estimated time of completion. All the replaced body panels and Body Lines line up as they should to factory spec and the color blending was done very well there is no swirling or orange peel in the finish of the paint. Definitely satisfied and definitely would bring any one of my other vehicles there for body work

I received a notice from Manch Collision advsing me I had picked up my repaired car on Jan 11. I had picked up the car on Jan 10. My concern is that the rental agency will charge me an extra day of collision insurance due to this discrepancy.

The service team was great! Cindy and my GEICO claims adjuster were awesome. However, the trunk clips were missing and the open door light won’t go off. I had to return the car directly after picking it up so was unable to give them a chance to fix the issues and I’m just hoping that Mazda doesn’t charge me for the problems because I returned my lease.
