Took weeks longer than it was “supposed to”. Supposed to be 5 days... turned into 23. I had to call multiple times to get updates because no one called me. I ended up spending $850 on a rental. They did take some money off my deductible at least.

The job that was done on my truck I was totally satisfied with, but there was a couple of things that needed to be fixed again and making 2 trips up there to have them done was a little unsatisfactory. It should have been test drives before handing it back over to me.
