Took weeks longer than it was “supposed to”. Supposed to be 5 days... turned into 23. I had to call multiple times to get updates because no one called me. I ended up spending $850 on a rental. They did take some money off my deductible at least.

Items were missing from my glove box and center console, there were new damages to the interior and exterior of my car, in an area that was painted there were visable paint drips where too much was applied, there was some sort of white powder, I assume from the sanding of bondo, which was covering the inside of my trunk.
