There was rubber parts and screws on the floor in my back seat and a hybrid sticker in my cup holder that was not put on the car. I did like the updates on when my car would be done. Everything else was good.

The Team at Class N Color we’re absolutely amazing! They made the experience painless and seamless. A rental that was adequate for my height was available on site. The Enterprise rep, Taylor, was there and made that experience painless. Justin and team were awesome, always keeping me in the loop of my car’s progress. I’m so glad that I went with Class N Color for my collision repair needs! =)

I haven't gotten the car back yet. They said it would be ready last Friday. Then the automated messages came that said it would be today. Then the automated messages started saying that my car was done and that I had even picked it up, but they called today and said it wouldn't be done until tomorrow afternoon. I have been without a car for 2 weeks for a relatively small repair. I don't really mind the extra day, but the constant messages that are inaccurate are annoying the crap out of me.

Awesome service. Reginald was amazing the rest of the staff was kind and helpful, even funny. It was a great experience that hopefully you only have to have once in a lifetime, if ever, but since you're dealing with enough (since you're vehicle is damaged) you absolutely want some kind, helpful and genuinely nice people to work with that will restore your vehicle to better than before!
