I am still very, very disappointed that the secretary nor Richard at Geico called me to let me know that the vehicle was ready. The car had to sit an extra 2-3 days (weekend) and I had to pay rental causing the bill and rental to be much higher and Richard at Geico seemed unconcerned and so did the secretary--she was definitely very cold and unconcerned. Secondly, I had to ask them 3 times to repair the same thing. I did receive in writing that if there were any problems they would be taken care of. This made me feel a little better. Hopefully, I'll never have to use Varsity no will I share any good information about Varsity.

I also like that the service members are very personable and help answer questions to make you feel completely satisfied. The manager even showed me how to remove little spots and scratches from my car. I'll definitely recommend Varsity to others.
