It was amazing that we got an estimate from you just one day before the adjuster estimated our damage and it was the same as yours and when we picked up our vehicle you had added 700 dollars to the claim and still had us pay the 250 deductible that agent had reduced our claim by. We have always used your body shop and felt you could have reduced our deductible at least halved it with us.

The customer service was wonderful! The ppl were nice and the stuff that was supposed to be fixed look wonderful. A on that!
It was the stuff that was messed up, I guess when they were fixing it.
Scratches on the body of the truck, my blinker was messed up, sanding scuffs everywhere. The inside of the truck was filthy! The roof had black smudges, the speaker had mud in it, deep scratches inside the door. When my husband brought it to me I was horrified! I did take pictures and would be glad to send them to Ya'll.
