For the most part everything was fine. However, I think you guys need to do a better job in setting expectations around timelines for completing repairs. I kept getting responses in the morning that the car would probably be ready that day only to find out late in the afternoon that it wouldn't be.

From the first day we dropped our car off for repair we were impressed with the great customer service. and the convenience of having Enterprise car rental in attendance. We were also pleased with the daily updates on the progress of the car as well as the repairs. We highly recommend Acme Auto Body. It was a great experience.
