Your people that support your clients are kind, your technology that you use to communicate with clients works well. You met the commitment and completed the work when you estimated it would be finished. You managed all of the communications with the insurance company. The car looks and drives as though there was never an accident.
The only bit of feedback that I would suggest is that it would have been amazing if I had gotten into the car and it had been cleaned on the inside. It wasn’t bad, I keep a clean car, but there were some crumbs and such, that a simple wipe down would have been the true spoil - on top of your perfect services!!
