My complete satisfaction is based on the customer service provided by Amanda. I had to take the car back for a new clear coat, and Amanda made it as painless as she could. That said, the shop still left polishing swirls that I was able to remove myself. Amanda is awesome, the finishing tech could pay a bit more attention.

Excellent customer service. Employees were well trained and seemed genuinely interested in providing assistance to each customer. They explained the timeline and kept me informed through text messages. Although I had no contact with the employees in the body work, paint, and repairs departments they did an excellent job in making the vehicle look new again. Overall, a positive experience.

Wasn’t completely done when I was told it was so the truck had to stay almost a week longer. Still has scratches from the accident that wasn’t repaired. Stephanie, who called me, was horrible to discuss anything with. The only person that was actually trying to get things done and the vehicle back to me as well as address any issues was Jimmy. He was great. The rest aren’t.

Only one concern on the overall quality of service. When picking my car up from the autobody my car was very very dirty. I would appreciate in the future cars are washed prior to delivering to the customer.
