I had property missing from my vehicle when I picked it up. I was told that an outsider took it. Very upsetting because they were Christmas gifts I forgot in my console. Expecting to receive my car back Christmas Eve I thought the gift cards would still remain there where I tucked them. Unfortunately they were not. I work for Amazon which is a customer obsessed company that would never allow a customer to not receive full reimbursement for stolen property. This company should take some hints. Will not be using these services again because they aren’t secure.

I am a big component of paying close attention to detail.
When I inspected my car I noticed that the fog lights were different, and I was worried. I then found out that because the previous fog lights were customized it would not have fit in the new bumper the way it did before. So they put in what looked like new fog lights, but it was installed the correct way as if it naturally came with the car. So what I’m basically saying is that the car looks better than before. So I’m happy, and great job M3!!!!

The entire experience was fantastic. From meeting the team on Monday morning through picking up my vehicle on Friday. I arrived lately Monday, however everyone was highly accommodating and friendly. Communication of the progress of my vehicle’s repair was seamless with a combination of text messages and phone calls. Finally, when picking up my car all team members were extremely pleasant and helpful. Thank you all at M3 for a tremendous experience.
