The work that was done was excellent. The only issue is that it took a very long time to repair a bumper and muffler.... I was without a vehicle for 8 days.

Hi. The passenger tail light element is filled with moisture that will not dissipate. The trunk latch is not properly connected to the rest of the trunk door.

My car was supposed to be done with repairs on January 30. It kept being delayed until today 4 February. I drive for Uber and depend on my car for income. Otherwise I was satisfied with the repair work.
Pickup date was suppose to be Nov. 10th at 4PM (estimated 4 to 7 days) but all of a sudden changed to Nov. 18th with no explanation. We scramble to find a car to use for an extra week. Even when I picked up the car and asked why the date got moved, no one knows anything. I would have appreciated it if someone called to give us an explanation and explain why it was delay another week but I just got a text. I was not happy about that at all!
