John and I would like to thank everyone from the beginning of the purchase of our car with John Hrechan, to Melissa in the service dept who helped us with the loaner vehicle while our car was having some warranty work done. The paint on our tailgate and hood was starting to peel and Ed was able to help us get some of the work covered under warranty by Ford (fingers crossed the paint issue will be no longer be an issue-especially after seeing the many issues Ford clients have had with the paint peeling on certain model cars). I was originally hesitant on trading in my excursion that I loved and took care of for the past 11 years, but we felt as though it was time to downsize and upgrade. Found a 2011 Expedition and after a little coaxing of my husband,ended up buying it. So far so good... And I have to say, everyone that we have dealt with at your dealership has been absolutely wonderful.
