Vehicle Make : Mercedes
My car was towed to this shop December 7th, 2015. It was authorized for repaid a few days after. It is now January 9th, 2016. At this point, the shop has estimated my car to be finished for pickup by December 24th, 2015 and almost every other day since then. I marked on the sheet when I first entered in the shop the same day it was towed to receive updates every other day. I have not ONCE been contacted for an update. I had to call up there every single time. It's been over a month that my car has been there. And more than 2 weeks since repairs were supposed to be completed (that's over HALF A MONTH). My rental coverage ran out so I had to return the vehicle end of December and haven't had a car SINCE. I have not been able to make it to work and I have called the shop to let them know how big of a problem this is. The shop manager DOES NOT CARE. They kept blaming my insurance company and I believed them up until my car was NOT ready this past THURSDAY like it was supposed to be for the 8th time. I came to the realization that they A) didn't submit my analysis correctly for the repairs B) have been telling my insurance company that they would have it ready for the past 2 weeks as well. AT THIS POINT, I HAVE CONTACTED THE OWNER (BY EMAIL). Because I requested that the owner call me to work out a rental plan through them or some sort of compensation for my car being more than HALF A MONTH overdue on repairs. The owner has not called me if they even told him to. Seeing as how there seems to be no communication or customer service they probably did not tell him to call me. I am VERY displeased with my experience here. Hopefully my car is even operating properly when I get it back. I will have probably forgotten how to drive and wreck my Mercedes as soon as I get it back. I would NOT recommend taking your car here. This experience has been ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE.
