The repair was first rate. The insurance company incorrectly indicated to the collision center that I was to pay a $100 deductible. When I raised this error, Steve quickly contacted the insurer to explain the circumstances. They removed the charge. Thanks to all.
The only part I was not completely satisfied was to provide proper updates. At the beginning I did, but then it changed. Maybe, it was an isolated case, but this has been my experience this time with you. Maybe, if you ask a customer if they really care or not for updates. I personally do. The main reason was that I have to pay for renting a car, and it was critical to know for how long I needed a rental car, and anything else that imply renting a car. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of the repair. Thanks
