Tony kept me up to date on repairs being done. When they discovered a new problem, I received a new email. If I called and he wasn't there, he returned my calls. This experience was made less painful by Tony. When I went back to get my license plate put on, he washed my car. Very kind and professional!!

I still see few more issues with the vehicle.
****. The driver side door is having some issue. I hear a vibration sound when I play music in the car. I think they have changes some thing with the door to repair the dent on it
2. I feel the power steering is not wirking. I feel it is harder to rotate when Compare it prior to accident
3. There are still some scratched to the driver side rear view mirror which is not ficed
I think that the customer service was excellent as far as communication. However, when the car was done there was some delay in being able to actually pick it up from the estimated completion date. Also, the quality of work is acceptable, but it could have been better with attention to detail. I noticed some small gaps and the fuel tank is a bit loose...
Not happy with the time it took to fix the repair, 9/13/2016 to 10/06/2016. In addition, the myrepairtracker.com really did not update the status of vehicle correctly.
Tony **** kept me informed from the beginning of what was needed for my auto. I also appreciated Juanita for taking time to help me understand the parts used once I was ready to check out. I liked the daily status reports sent to my email. It gave me an good view of where my car was in the repair process.
Loved how I was updated each step of the way.
