Thanks to Ruby Wood, the experience with Maguire was turned around and made very tolerable after all; especially since the completion date was changed twice. Ruby was very apologetic each time the due date needed to be changed, which is a gift in itself. even though customers must understand things like this happen, it was still refreshing to hear the regret in her voice when the completion date was changed due to additional repairs. Keep Ruby would be my message to Maguire. The final statement is Ruby still made the whole process more than tolerable.
