Friendly service, quick repair, good job!
It was simple and easy to work with the staff at Mander. I liked the email updates and how they made it easy to get my rental car! Thank you!
Because my daughter's car only had a little over 3500 miles on it, I wanted to make sure it looked like brand new after the dent was fixed. It did!!! Thanks for the great work!!!
Mander was very helpful throughout the process. The team was very friendly, making sure that the tasks associated with my car's handoff (assessment, rental car, waiting area, etc.) went as smoothly as possible. I was given regular status updates and an honest timeframe of when the car would be completed. Thank you to the whole team!
The repairs were fine, but the time that took to get the car repair was not what was promised and the communication to us about the delays was not adequate. I was the one calling back and following up when the deadline wasn't met. After I complained, the communication was a little better but not great.
We had to go back three times to have all of the glass vacuumed out of the back of the car from the window that was crashed. John even took it back to the back room and asked him them himself and it still came back not done until the third time. Other than that, great work! Love working with your front office.
To: the Mander Collision team: You completed the work on my Subaru to total satisfaction. When there was a problem with the parts you received, all of you worked to solve the problem --- and you did --- and my vehicle is as good as it came out of the factory. I highly recommend your team for its dedication to excellence. Barry W. Szymanski

We have used Mander for a few years now. Anytime we need a damage repair on our vehicles it is the only business we use. The staff is very friendly, professional and the quality of their work is excellent.
Good work and customer service. Loaner car was dirty and needed repairs
Polite and experienced professionals.
Everything looks great. Just dealing with the smell in the interior. Not exactly like a new car smell. Leaving the windows open a little day while it is in the parking lot at work. Any other suggestions?
The Mander team is awesome especially, John, my estimator!! He kept me updated throughout the process and has wonderful customer service!
I would recommend Mander to anyone!
Fit and finish of the rear bumper. The paint was crutches and looks to be rubbing on main body panel.
Truck looks great. My only frustration was that you had my truck for 5 weeks from what I would consider a minor accident. [hitting a deer]
All service personnel were great, and you were able to provide a courtesy car after a week or so for my use. Overall a good experience with your company and team.
Appears to be very well done. Surprised by the billing that it was less than the estimate. Thank you.
Many different types of communication are great, but the email information and the telephone contact should be more coordinated.
My car was not completed per the telephone conversation I called to check if my car was completed and was told it would not be ready until later the original day of pick up. I did not receive another telephone call or email notification.
To Whom it May Concern:
I was told the car would take about seven days. I made my appointment for January 13th. I received a call to push it back to 18th, OK fine. I brought it in at 8:00 on the 18th. I called on the 22nd for an update and John told me it would be done probably by the 29th. On the 28th and 29th I received generated emails saying it is 'on schedule' to be done on the 2nd of February. On January 29 I received a voice message that the car was done but there was a question. I called back before noon and
was asked if the check engine light was on from the accident. At this point, I had enough of not having my jeep. I said yes it was. I was asked if I wanted them to take it the dealership to have it looked at!!!!This was Friday at noon! Meaning another three to five days without my car.
Well, I told your people at least twice the engine light was on from the accident; Once when I brought the car in and again when I talked to John on the 22nd. That is why I found out about the other repairs needed. The body damage was all mostly support problems and one crack piece of molding wasn't it? Originally, I went to auto zone and had the 'check engine light' checked. I bought a fan control sensor to repair that problem. When I opened the hood on the jeep I saw the support damage and called your people to see if I needed an appointment. I came in to your shop to schedule the work and also told them the check engine light was on and the stuff to fix it was in the vehicle. I told them they could use it or not - I would take it back if they didn't use it.
When I picked up my car on Friday they had problems entering my credit card and entered it too many times. So then the bank declined it. Later that day the bank sent me a fraud alert and I had to take care of that. I had to then use a different card. Thank god that worked as I only had 2 with me.
The car looked really good! I got home and took the floor protector off the drivers floor. Then I found your Detailers missed doing the floor under the paper mat.
I now have to fix the check engine light.
I do like the body work you guys do.
Overall what do you think????
My battery was disconnected and when I tried to use my handicapped conversations they would not work. Had to take it to the mobility place to have everything reset. Please take this into consideration when working on converted cars and van! Was a big inconvience for me.
Vehicle was not completely repaired when picked up, still waiting to hear back about a broken mounting bracket on the hazard/blinker light.
