I was satisfied at the time I picked my vehicle. Unfortunately it was total lossed 24 hrs latter so long term satisfaction could not be guaged. The total loss is a bad experience for me, please do not contact me with anymore request for grading you. I hope an actual person sees this and my request is met. Thank you.

The process was completely simplified for me by Bob. He took care of communicating with the insurance company and always keeping me informed. This was a very stress-free experience. The body work done on my car was exceptional. I was extremely satisfied.

The body repair was beautiful. The car was spotless inside and out. The entire staff was friendly and made me welcome. I hope USAA stays with your firm. Hopefully I will not need any further body work. But if I need a touch-up or repaint for any reason, I will come straight to you. I have suffered scratches in grocery store parking lots and car washes before. Thank you for our kind attention and good work.

My truck was repaired quickly and looks fantastic. I was given almost daily updates on the status of the work. The shop is fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone that ever needs work done. The most pleasant experience for an unpleasant situation. A 10 star shop!

Kenneth was very courteous and reassuring. He gave us confidence up front the repairs would be done in a quality fashion. He understood our timeline for wanting to use our car for a road trip to a reunion. While making no unreasonable promises, he seemed sincere in wanting to help. Our car was ready a day ahead of our expectations. The repairs appeared perfect. And the entire exterior and interior were detailed beautifully. BodyWorks, USAA and Enterprise worked very well together to make our post- collision experience painless. Thank you!
