She was also very accommodating to try & find the exact steprails to replace my old ones that had to be removed; instead of using what you all just had in the shop as stock. You wouldn’t take my check because it was #103 (and your software won’t process any check in a 100 series because it appears the account is too new. The customer-belligerent BS I’ve ever encountered. A friend had an appointment for an Escalade repair and has cancelled it. I’ll recommend the same to everyone who ever asks me.
